Turn on your Heaters for the holidays

The holidays are on the way, it's time to turn our attention to heater repairs and furnace repairs in El Paso.  Shut down the air conditioners and swamp coolers, turn on the heaters.
A quality air conditioning unit is a necessity when in you live in El Paso. The average high daily temperature can hover above 110 degrees from June through September.  Don't make your family, friends and pets sweat it out, keep your air conditioner in good repair throughout the year to make sure you have access to cool air during the fiery temperatures.
Getting a good night's rest when you toss and turn in the sweltering heat isn't good for your mental or physical health sweating profusely can result in dehydration if you aren't careful, which may cause nausea and vomiting, while not getting enough sleep can leave you lethargic and unable to concentrate. Both can result in the loss of wages or even a trip to the hospital and in some cases death.
Your health is not the only thing at risk in El Paso when you do not have your air conditioning unit properly serviced by a professional. A neglected Swamp Cooler or Central air system might not work as efficiently as possible, which can cost you money in high electric bills. It can also cause a fire, so keep up with annual inspections and minor repairs to give you peace of mind while you enjoy your cool, indoor air.
Now that our summer is over, it's time to focus on your heater repairs and furnace repair.  Now is the time to have your heater serviced and maintained.  Don't wait for the first freeze.  You need to properly shut down your  Swamp Cooler or Central Air Conditioner.  Or winterize your swap cooler, evaporative cooler  and air conditioner.  Turn on your heater and turn off your air conditioner.
When turning on the heater, make sure the unit is fully cleaned and inspected for possible faults.  Most importantly check for gas leaks and deadly Carbon Monoxide.  Please don't  just push a button.
Keeping your air conditioning system and heaters maintained to optimal levels helps keep the value of your house high. When it's time to sell your home, a well-maintained air conditioner that sufficiently cools your entire home while being environmentally friendly is an excellent selling point.
